SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:

Silver                                                                                                                                                                          $1,800

Up to two company representatives, one 10X10 booth space including electricity.  All breakfast & lunch meals provided at the conference including dining with conference attendees.  Access to attendee registration list.  Inclusion of vendor logo in meeting room (ppt). 

Gold                                                                                                                                                                           $3,000

Up to three company representatives, one 10X10 booth space including electricity with tier 3 selection by sponsor from available spaces.    All breakfast & lunch meals provided at the conference including dining with conference attendees.  Inclusion of vendor logo in meeting room (ppt).  Access to attendee registration list.  Logo on annual training event registration site.  Inclusion of vendor provided marketing materials/ product sample in attendee swag bags.  One ten-minute speaking opportunity during a plenary session (technology update).

Diamond                                                                                                                                                                   $5,000

Up to four company representatives, one 10X10 booth space including electricity with tier 2 selection by sponsor from available spaces.  All breakfast & lunch meals provided at the conference including dining with conference attendees. Inclusion of vendor logo in meeting room (ppt).  Access to attendee registration list.  Logo on annual training event registration site.  Inclusion of marketing materials/ product sample in attendee swag bags.   Invitation to one of each chapter’s FBINAA luncheons throughout the year.  Placement of vendor supplied marketing materials on all tables inside of conference room.  Inclusion of ¼ page advertisement or logo in all TN/KY/GA chapter update emails for one-year.  One fifteen-minute speaking opportunity at the conference during a meal. One private, exclusive opportunity during a networking break with executive officers and other registered attendees you would like to invite. 

Platinum                                                                                                                                                                  $10,000

Up to five company representatives, one 20X20 booth space including electricity with tier 1 selection by sponsor from available spaces.  All breakfast & lunch meals provided at the conference including dining with conference attendees.  Inclusion of vendor logo in meeting room (ppt). Access to attendee registration list.  Logo on annual training event registration site.  Inclusion of marketing materials/ product sample in attendee swag bags.  Invitation to all chapter’s FBINAA luncheons for one year.  Placement of vendor provided marketing materials on all tables inside of conference room.  Inclusion of ¼ page advertisement or logo in all TN/KY/GA chapter update emails for one-year.  Inclusion of company logo and platinum sponsor on all conference marketing materials.  Keynote speaking opportunity/sponsorship of award at awards banquet.  One private, exclusive dining opportunity at the conference with executive officers and other registered attendees you would like to invite. 

Additional sponsorship opportunities available to Silver Sponsors and up:

Broadway Backstage Pass- $500/$750/$1000 bar tab at a downtown establishment (depending on availability) Up to 8 vendors/ 4 locations on Tuesday night- Attendees receive a ticket for a conference provided prize drawing for visiting your event.  Assignment of a chapter officer to your event.  It can be exclusive, or in partnership with another vendor.   Inclusion as Broadway Backstage Pass sponsor on conference agenda/shirt.
