SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:

Bronze                $1000     

One company representative, one 10x10 booth space including electricity / wireless/ table with covering and chair.  All breakfast & lunch meals provided at the conference including dining with conference attendees.                        

Silver                   $1,500

Up to two company representatives, one 10X10 booth space including electricity / wireless/ table with covering and chair.  All breakfast & lunch meals provided at the conference including dining with conference attendees.                        

Gold                    $2,500

Up to three company representatives, one 10X10 booth space including electricity / wireless/ table with covering and chair.  All breakfast & lunch meals provided at the conference including dining with conference attendees.   Ten minute speaking opportunity during the conference breaks.                

Diamond           $5,000

Up to four company representatives, one 10X10 booth space including electricity / wireless/ table with covering and chair.  All breakfast & lunch meals provided at the conference including dining with conference attendees.     Fifteen/twenty speaking opportunity                   

Platinum           $10,000

Up to five company representatives, a 10x10 booth including electricity / wireless/ table with covering and chair.  All breakfast & lunch meals provided at the conference including dining with conference attendees.   Keynote speaking opportunity during lunch.               

Preferred Sponsor        $15,000/$20,000

Up to five company representatives, a 10 x 20 booth including electricity / wireless/ table with covering and chair.  All breakfast & lunch meals provided at the conference including dining with conference attendees. Price is dependent on venue, but exclusive sponsorship for Wednesday evening reception and speaking time prior to or at the event.  Recognition throughout the day on Wednesday for promotional opportunities.

Additional sponsorship opportunities available:

Broadway Backstage Pass- $500/$750/$1000 bar tab at a downtown establishment (depending on availability) on Tuesday night- Attendees receive a ticket for a conference provided prize drawing for visiting your event.  Assignment of a chapter officer to your event.  It can be exclusive, or in partnership with another vendor.
